Pharmacy One, Not Just a Pharmacy!
In 2001, the first Pharmacy One opened in Amman, followed by the opening of its second branch in 2003. Further branch openings since then have resulted in it becoming the country’s first and premier pharmacy chain, with 75 branches throughout Jordan to date. In 2015, Pharmacy One opened its first branch at the Dead Sea, as part of its goal to support the country’s underserved tourism areas and provide first-rate services to Jordanians living and working in the area in addition to serving visitors from all over the world.

Drive - Thru Service
In implementation of its plan of keeping pace with developments and innovations, Pharmacy One established its first branch in Jordan that offers services for customers in their vehicles (Drive - Thru Service) with a view to providing quick and timely services for disabled people, elders and mothers
In cooperation with Zain Jordan, and as the first initiative of its kind in Jordan and Middle East, Pharmacy One started to provide simultaneous interpretation of sign language in many branches to serve deaf and effectively communicate with them to offer services and guidance to them similar to other members of the society. Pharmacy One also provided a line of visual calls for deaf to speak with Pharmacy One employees using sign language
With a view to qualifying its branches to receive and serve all segments of the society, taking their needs into account, Pharmacy One provides a set of stickers that contain pharmaceutical instructions printed in braille method to be fixed on the drugs of the blinded people. This step aims to enable them to read the instructions of using drugs in braille method in order to provide its services to all segments of the society
